What we collect. Your answers on the free practice test are stored in your own browser so you can resume. If you give us your email, we store it with your practice results (score by section and focus areas), your target score and exam timing, so we can send your results, study plan and product updates. If you buy Full TEAS Prep, we store your account email, your purchase record and your study progress. We also record usage events (for example, which step of the test you reached and how you arrived at the site, such as an ad campaign) to improve Passwise.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
AI. Our practice content is created with the help of AI. When you use AI features such as the AI tutor (when available), the text you submit and the related question are sent to our AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate a response. We do not send your email address or payment details to AI providers.
What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your email, account or results deleted, email support@pointpair.com and we will delete them.
Service providers. We use Google Firebase to host the site, store data and handle sign-in; Stripe for payments; an email provider to send messages; and AI providers as described above.
